The RotoQuip RPFE-800 offers four-to-six-head pressure frying in a 460mm-wide floor-standing unit. Its digital controller stores ten cooking cycles, with idle, melt and clean-out modes for day-to-day operation. Built-in filtration services the 25-litre oil tank, and the stainless-steel body is mounted on four castors. This 12.35kW electric model requires a 380V three-phase supply.
