Designed for larger chicken batches, the RotoQuip RPFE-591 combines an eight-head cooking capacity with a 61-litre oil tank. Ten programmable cycles support repeatable cooking, while integrated filtration and idle, melt and clean-out modes simplify daily operation.
The counterbalance lift assists with the lid, and locking front castors keep the fryer in position. This model requires a 380V three-phase electrical supply.
