The Master VS300 supports commercial vegetable preparation with a 550W motor and a maximum throughput of 300kg per hour. Cylindrical and large half-moon hoppers accommodate different ingredient shapes. The aluminium body has a safety cut-off switch, and the blades can be changed for cleaning and preparation tasks.
Four discs are included; additional compatible discs are sold separately. Requires a 230V, 13A electrical supply. Delivery in 2–3 weeks.
